I am delighted to be a part of the dynamic team at Proma, assisting Philip Haines with transformative development sites across London.
In this collaboration, we are leveraging our combined expertise in property development, design, and project management to ensure the seamless execution of every aspect of the endeavour. The focus remains steadfast on delivering the highest quality schemes that exceed expectations and set new standards for urban rejuvenation.
First up, is this site in North London. This old meeting hall has been long vacant and left to fall into a bad state of disrepair over the years. Works will soon be commencing on site to demolish the existing building and construct a mixed use scheme, consisting of a ground floor commercial space with 7 apartments over.
