• What are we offering?

The CDO group is looking to partner with Local Authorities, Registered Providers of Social Housing and Care Providers throughout England who have a specific need for accommodation to be provided for use within their organisations. The process, after an initial consultation, is to work closely with the partner to then source a suitable development site or property and to deliver a scheme that meets the needs and specific requirements of the intended occupiers. Completed developments would then either be held long-term by the CDO. group and handed over to RP’s on a lease or sold on, depending on the requirements of the provider.
  • Why work with CDO Developments Ltd.?

CDO Developments is a well established developer that is committed to delivering high-quality, purpose built and user led developments for use in the Supported Living sector. We are looking to partner with organisations that have a need to provide such accommodation throughout England for vulnerable people.

  • What is our motivation?

The CDO group is positioning itself to be a major provider of accommodation to Registered Providers and Care Providers throughout England. This desire has been born out of seeing the currently limited and poor quality supply of housing stock that is available to the sector. There is a vast shortfall in accommodation across the UK as a whole, there is an even smaller pool of property that is being made available to the Supported Living and Care sectors. Of that limited stock, the amount of property that is of substandard quality, not fit for purpose, or just completely unsuitable for the needs of the end user is shockingly high. The CDO group is aiming to play it’s part in alleviating the stress placed on RP’s and Care Providers to provide suitably designed, high quality, purpose-built accommodation.

  • What size developments are we looking for?

Ideal developments would be 2-10 houses or apartment blocks of 4-16.

  • What areas do we operate in?

Sites Nationwide will be considered where there is an identified need for care.
