Another quality development project, recently completed by Philip Haines and the team at Proma in conjunction with Gravitas Contracts.
Located in Richmond, this development transformed what was once a disused garage site in to 5 x 3 bedroom, detached properties.
This site posed several challenges, with it being in close proximity to a Network Rail line to the rear and with tight access from the road at the front.
With completions now taking place, this marks the successful regeneration of another prime development site that aligns with Proma’s dedication to delivering the highest quality schemes that exceed expectations and setting new standards in urban rejuvenation.
